Aurora is here to stay!

From Monday, February 26, 2024, Aurora will be replacing the legacy portal. This means customer.teal.global will be redirecting to aurora.teal.global. Our team has been working very hard since the Beta launch to resolve early defects and bugs, and we look forward to serving all of you in the new Aurora portal.

New Aurora features include:

• Unlimited historical platform feed

  • Don’t worry about logs being cleaned away. We will keep your notifications history for an indefinite time!

• eUICC Performance view

  • Check on your OneChip’s health and adjust the heartbeat interval.

• Bulk edit

  • Update device group, device name, data cap and OneChip status on multiple OneChips at once. 

• Locked profile view

  • Verify that the profile in use is locked when the use case requires it to be.

  • Allows you to lock an already active or installed profile that hasn’t been locked yet.

• Usage Map

  • See where your data consumption is distributed on a world map

• Network and eSIM Operation status pie charts

  • View important statuses of your OneChips under a single pane of glass

  • Quickly identify where you need to put focus.
